We use “Direct Modeling” software. Therefore we can collaborate and
can modify any 3D models our customers supply. Of course we can use “History
Based CAD” software like SolidWorks. We can even accept SketchUp software,
as well as other standard solid file formats.

Custom-made
fixtures that bring out the best of your product or brand.
Manufactured
to the highest standards using solid, kiln dried Canadian hardwoods
– finished in a penetrating coat of stain, sealed in a sanding
sealer and finished in a clear, catalyst lacquer with a sheen level
of 25. In addition Shaw uses a variety of substrates like Medium
Density Fiberboard (MDF) with thermofused melamine or a decorative
foil surfaces. Veneer core plywood and a vast choice of thermofused
melamine (TFM) and high pressure laminates: solids, woodgrains,
abstracts and metallics and textured finishes. Powder coated tubular
steel, ceramics and stainless steel fascias, Plexi and acrylics and
roto-molded plastics plus non-carcinogenic paints and inks.
SHAW
WOODWORKS WARRANTY
Shaw Woodwork Inc’s (Shaw)
warranty period on the millwork fixtures
supplied to the Buyer shall be for one year from the date of
substantial
completion of the Buyer’s work, as defined in the Construction Lien
Act
(Ontario, Canada); or for one year from the date the millwork is
first
used for the intended purpose (which ever is the earlier
date).
Shaw further warrants that if the millwork fixture fails to perform
properly within the specified warranty period and the failure is due
to
improper workmanship or defective material, then Shaw will repair or
replace the millwork fixture at its option.
The warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials or
workmanship and does not cover normal wear and cosmetic damage.
The warranty is valid only on millwork fixtures purchased and only
when used for their intended purpose.
This warranty does not cover damages which are caused by:
- Acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident
- Warranty and Service can only be supported and performed by Shaw
Woodworks
